Door won’t lock ‘FL’ error code.
Had a tech come out and look at it. He said the lock needed to be replaced. He replaced that and it didn’t work. Said the control board needed to be replaced, but wasn’t available. He took the lock back.
I bought a new lock and a used, but ‘tested as working’ control board. Replaced both and it’s still not working.
When you power the machine on, shut the door and attempt to wash it starts to click a few times and then finally gives off the ‘FL’ error code. The click sounds like a relay to me, but what do I know. It doesn’t sound like it’s coming from the lock, but more toward the back of the machine. I have a video I was hoping to upload, but it’s 2020 and that feature apparently hasn’t been discovered yet.
So my question is what do I do to fix it?

The initial issue was the dryer would continously run the drum and never shut off, after much research we determined it was a relay on the main control board. We ordered a new control board and I made sure everything matched before I installed, it was ordered via the model number and all part numbers did match. So I disconnected the power to the unit and installed the new control board, there were no issues installing it. After reassembly I then plugged the dryer back in and now it acts as if I have not plugged it in at all. There is no power to the display or even the light inside the dryer. I have checked with my multimeter all of the power, the dryer is recieving it’s full 240v to the control board. Everything on the control board seems to be recieving its proper amount of power. Including the the 13 DC volts going to the display unit. I also tried reinstalling the old control board that had no affect the dryer is still acting as if it has no power. Please help I am at a loss as to what to do now.
Did the new control board fry something else?
Did I miss a step somewhere on the installation?

During the last load of wash the machine became off balance during the spin cycle. Not sure if it finished cycle before quitting but it appears that It was very close to finishing or did finish the cycle. Was able to empty the items in washer into the dryer as normal. Now the washing machine will not start in any cycle and yes there is power to the plug. I believe there is an off-balance safety mechanism tied in with the lid switch but not positive. Hoping possibly just a fuse or something. I cannot find YouTube help for my particular model but a similar model mentions raising the lid until you hear a loud click. I’ve done that, no click. I tried to raise top off washer so I can get to the lid switch. Again not exactly the same model as in YouTube help but I can’t get the top of washer to come up so I can get to switch. I couldn’t find anything at appliancevideos.com for this particular model. Can you direct me to somewhere where I can get help? Hard to even find an appliance repair person around my area. Would like to think I could do this myself. In search of any other troubleshooting thoughts you may have. Thanks, Tim

DRY WILL NOT START, HAVE CHECKED ALL OF THE THERMAL FUSES, PUSH TO START SWITCH, TIMER AND DOOR SWITCH, (REPLACED THE DOOR SWITCH BECAUSE IT WAS STAYING CLOSED AT ALL TIMES), EVERY THING CHECKED OUT OK. I REPLACED THE TIMER WITH A NEW ONE JUST TO SEE IF THAT WOULD HELP, NOTHING. SO I THOUGHT NOTHING LEFT BUT THE MOTOR, NEW MOTOR STILL NO START.
THIS IS WHERE IT GETS GOOD, IF I DISCONNECT THE START SWITCH AND CHECK THE TWO LIGHT BLUE WIRE THAT THE WIRING DIAGRAM SHOW IS THE WIRES THAT ARE IN THE START CIRCUIT, I GET 120V FROM EACH WIRE.
SHOULDN’T I ONLY GET 120V FROM ONE WIRE, (POWER COMES IN ON ONE WIRE, PUSH START SWITCH AND POWER THEN GO THOUGH TOTHE OTHER WIRE. ) YET I AM GETTING 120 ON BOTH WIRE ALL THE TIME. DO I HAVE A DEAD GROUND SOMEWHERE? WHAT ELSE CAN I DO TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM . THANKS

Hey I have a all in one washer dyer combo that is not drying the clothes. I replaced the drain pump and cold water inlet valve (all four). The clothes come out hot but soaking wet. The dyer works by putting hot air in the drum then running that hot air over an evaporation coil to remove the moisture. Then that water is drained. Then it puts more hot water in the drum again and starts the process over. Can you give me a parts list of possible bad components to try switching out sorted most likely to least likely?

Our top load speed queen washer will spin like a champ, but doesn’t agitate. Based on the little bit of testing I have done I can get it to agitate when I manually pull the belt the opposite direction that the motor spins while in the spin cycle. How do I test to see if the motor is the problem or if the timer is not sending the voltage to tell the motor to spin the the correct direction to agitate? I’m guessing that the timer sends voltage during the spin cycle to spin in one direction and then during the agitation cycle to have the motor spin in the opposite direction. Or is there a secondary switch that tells the motor to go the opposite direction? Thanks for the help.

When I first arrived the lock led was flashing like the control was locked. I cleared it but it still would not respond. Then the heated dry began flashing.
Is this a problem with a stuck pad?
What else could it be?
I need a tech sheet and service manual.
