It’s at 43 minutes for over ten minutes before it moves to 42 minutes

the unit will go on a 44 minute cycle.
and it’s at 43 for over ten minutes.
I cleaned out the drain line.
I hear some noise from the motor but it will not turn .( I can turn it by hand ).
and every few minutes I hear the water go in for about 1 second.
