removed bottom panel and manually unlocked door, tried cycles, will fill & drain, will not tumble, once door locks can only unlock manually, I think it is the lock assembly, ordered part, worried that motor didn’t tumble? any suggestion?

Hello
Do you have any stored or flashing error codes ? Look at page 6-5 in the job Aid link below I sent you. This will get you into the Service History Mode Diagnostics. I suggest you unplug the unit for 10 minutes to rest the board. If you cannot get into diagnostics mode or history mode I would start with the board and move forward from there. the code that I got was 6 flashes by 2 flashes. error 62 , or 6 – 2 is not a code listed, I think that the board is not reading the latch assembly correctly. unit was unplugged when I got there because the beeping was driving the cust. crazy, the flashing / beeping would start within 5 minutes of being turned on. when i manually unlocked door i tried diagnostics unit did not respond correctly??????
