First call was not cooling. Diagnosis showed fans not running and not getting 120 Volts to inverter. Replaced main board (W10801767). Getting power to inverter but fans still not running and compressor not starting.
Tested board for power to (DC volts) to Compressor (5-6 volts DC) and not getting a reading. Diagnostic mode says fans are running? Compressor windings test good between 6-7 ohms as spec. In diagnostic mode thermistor show a 00. Have I overlooked something? Think a faulty board?
Tested compressor and inverter board. Ran diagnostics and results are not accurate. Replaced main board and still have unresolved matters.

This board should come as a complete kit with multiple control boards and wiring harnesses. Did you install the complete kit or just try to replace the board. Also this control board may require you to program it to the specific unit however if this is the case it should state that in the instructions.

Is the condenser fan motor running. Or just the evaporator fan motors. It sounds like at minimum you may have a bad inverter board or a locked up compressor. However the condenser fan motor should still run. Have you tried forcing the evap fans to run in service mode?

Neither fan is running at all. I do not know how to force evap motor, any instructions? I did test compressor and it test at 6.5 ohms on all three pins (spec is 6-7 ohms)

All tests are on the first page of the technical diagnostic sheet link. You can test the evaporator & condenser motor for a pass or fail test. DID YOU CLICK ON THE DIAGNOSTICS LINK ? The service diagnostics mode mode is half way down the first page.

I did do a service diagnostic test the fan test show “- -“ showing the fans are on, but neither are on? I do not mean to frustrate you, I am just at a loss since I tried service diagnostics, new board and no fans or compressor? I feel I have a faulty kit or I have missed something?

The condenser motor is 120 volts, are you getting 120 to condenser motor ? If you are not I would go with a new board.
