wont always ramp up to a high speed spin leaving clothes wet

cleaned trap watched 2 or 3 cycles sometimes it wiil spin dry everything other times it wont I don’t do much bosch
I’m ordering a set of shocks for this washer thinking it might not be balanceing the load properly any input
appreciated
