I have a Samsung washer that got in that does not turn. the upper board had a burn mark on it so I thought that was it. but when I put the new board in the pump stared running and will not turn off and it still will not turn. no error codes it just sits there. I changed the stator and the door locking switch the only thing left is the face board. any thoughts?

Have you run it throght the ( Quick test mode ) ? Or the ( Service mode ) ? Go to the links below to the Fast Track diagnostics. There are so many possibilities that would cause the drum not to turn. Matt Ace technician
