the customer said that she will push the start button and she can hear the machine trying to start but it will not.
i have checked last week i ave gone to the house and when i tried it worked.
today however it did not start.
when i took the belt off it worked and when i put the belt back on it worked,
can it be a weak motor?

Thanks for your question. If the motor “hums” but wont engage start it could very well be a bad motor start winding.This would be most likely cause of issue based on your information.
