When you try to run a wash cycle and push start you can hear relays clicking but nothing happens. We have the tech sheet but when you try to run the quick diagnostic test it will not advance past c00.

I found no service pointers for this issue on this unit. The f6 e2 error is a communication error between the user interface and main control. On the tech sheet it says to go to page 14 for testing the UI. Either part could be faulty and you may not be able to find out which one is at fault. I usually find it to be the UI.
