it takes a few minutes for it to start working.
and then it will only dispense water it will not drain and the water will leak from the bottom of the door.
i did check the drain and line they are both good

Does the unit start washing? If your drain pump and hose are good, and there are no clogs through the drain line, see if you are getting power to the drain pump when the unit is suppose to be draining. Are you able to hear the drain pump try to run? I have attached the tech sheet for you. IF no power is being sent you could have an issue with your control board or a damaged wire.
