This oven is new, customer says that it has not worked since she moved in a few months ago. The igniter will glow, but the valve won’t open. I pulled an amp draw of 3.27 amps. We changed valve, still not lighting. Which part is bad?

See diagnostic sheet link below. Are you getting any error codes ? This is a very basic model. You have power from the main control board to the igniter and through to the gas valve. That is low amprege on the igniter, I would replaced the igniter. My thought is in moveing the appliance the igniter suffered a hairline fracture in it. Matt Ace technician
