The problem was that it was not making ice. It is a KitchenAid under counter ice maker. I put it through the self cleaning cycle twice and after it made ice, but then the customer called back saying it didn’t make ice after I left. When I went back I unplugged it for a few minutes then plugged it back in it would make ice one time then quit again. The ice maker does not have a tech sheet to run self diagnostics. Does anybody have a tech sheet or know where I can get one? Do I have a bad PCB? Does anyone know what is wrong with this? Also there is a ice wall in the back, is this supposed to be there? It is solid covering the back so I cannot reach back there without breaking it, which I do not want to do if it is supposed to be there.
I ran it through the self cleaning cycle twice, after that it made ice for one tray, and then it would not make more ice. Then I unplugged it and plugged it back in and it made one tray but would not make more.

Hello
See diagnostics and wiring information. I would run the unit through the and look at both service pointers. This will pinpoint your issue and i added a parts breakdown. Matt Ace technician
