Snow-like frost build up on evaporator cover. Will take cover off and defrost, then two days later it is built back up again. It is not a frost pattern concurrent with the fridge being low on freon.
Have tried taking off the cover and defrosting it, but the frost builds back up.

Hello
See the service manual for the 795.51373 model. We do not have your exact model but this is very close. I have listed the possible causes below for frosting on the evaporator coil.
• The main causes for frosting:
* Door was left open.
* Air penetration through the gasket
* Door misaligned and not closing properly
* Evaporator fan motor not running
* A part of your defrost system is not working, defrost heater, thermostat.
* Hot foods are stored before they are cooled down. The temperature of freezer
is -19°C[-2.2°F]. if temperature is set at MID. If hot air comes into the refrigerator, fine frost forms as cold air mixes with hot air. If this happens quite often, much frost forms inside of the refrigerator. If the door is left open in
Summer, ice may form inside of the refrigerator.
