Water slowly leaks into the dishwasher when it is off. So the bottom of the dishwasher has a pool of water if not in use. There was sediment in the water valve, so I replaced the water valve… but the dishwasher is still leaking slowly while off. What could cause this issue?

Hello
I would look at the float assembly, float switch and float dome. Sometimes they will get gummed up and not work properly. You can try taking it apart and cleaning taking it first, or just replace it. Matt Ace technician
