The thermal fuse on heater keeps blowing, the thermostat, fuse, and thermistor have all been replaced but problem persists. We have checked and air flow is not an issue. What else can we do.
Replaced the thermostat, fuse, and thermistor
also have disconnected the vent from the back and the thermal fuse still blows.

Hello
We have seen the heater cause this issue. When the heaters go bad they will sag after they heat up and short out causing the thermal fuse to blow. Disconnect the heater and run the unit for 30-45 minutes to see if the fuse blows. See complete training manual link below.
