I have no lights on display and no power to control board.
Checked power coming in to unit from source. I have power coming in. Checked power at door switch: power there too. Checked continuity at thermal fuse on board area and it is good, but no power at that fuse area. No power at any wires at main control board either. No power to display as there are no lights that come on.

See the technician diagnostic sheet link below. If you thermal fuse and door switch are closed you should have power to the ERC. Here are the only other possibilities below.
1) Make sure you have 115 volts with proper polarity and ground.
2) You could have a blown TCO attached to control.
A. Unplug dishwasher or disconnect power.
B. Measure resistance. If open, replace. If replaced more than once, replace harness as well. See manual for instructions.
3) Shorted Keypad.
A) Check keypad operation on page #1 of the service manual.
4) Bad control.
A) Disconnect power to dishwasher to reset.
