My customer has a Jenn Air Refrigerator that we already have done several things to to try and stop this drawer from getting too cold.

What have you tried so far?
We have installed a thermistor in the refrigerator and freezer side. We also added the gasket behind the damper for this drawer like Whirlpool recommends but then the customer called 2 weeks later stating it stopped and now it is doing the same thing again.
