I have a customer that has whirlpool washer front load. WFW96HEAC0. It displays error code F8E2 code.

What have you tried so far?

I tested the water lines, hot and cold and the valve, they are clean, new and works good. I researched the code online and it said there is problem with the pressure switch tube. I opened the back and found that line is clean and in good condition. I need assistance please let me know what you think. I am planning on replacing the pressure switch.

This error code F8E1 is (The washer is not detecting water input after 13 minutes of filling. )

Items to check
* Is water supply connected and turned on?
* Check for blocked or kinked inlet hoses.
* Low water pressure or blocked hose screens.
* Check for proper drain hose installation. Is water siphoning out of the drain hose? Drain hose must
not be more than 4.5″ (114 mm) into drain pipe. Make sure drain hose is not sealed into drain pipe, Make sure drain hose is not sealed into drain pipe, and that there is an air gap for ventilation.
