How do we replace the two tracks that hold the upper rack? Is there a video that shows this? Ours does not have visible screws. Please advise. If you have a video, we would definitely subscribe to watch that video.

The two tracks have lost their ball bearings and the little plastic piece that keeps them in. The track is all one piece. We need help!
