GOOD EVENING. I AM TOLD THAT THE WASHER DOES NOT FILL WITH ENOUGH WATER. I HAVE NEVER WORKED ON A WASHER IN A STACK AND I AM NOT SURE ON HOW TO DISASSEMBLE THE UNIT. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT, THANKS, TODD FROM NY.

That is strange that the drain pump came on during the fill also. Sounds like a pressure switch or control issue. Check those error codes. If you have not yet, unplug the unit for 10 mins to reset it and see if the water level changes back to normal.

HI BRIAN. IT IS SHOWING THE CODE FOR OVER FLOW. I SHUT IT DOWN FOR TEN MINUTES AND IT STAYED HE SAME.
