I am finding a bunch of water at the base of my refrigerator, it seems like I have a sheet of ice inside my freezer. My model number is GB2FHDXWS07, I had this fridge for a few years now, any help would be appreciated.

This is a problem we see often here, Whirlpool released a new part to fix this grommet issue. Please see the video and part link I attached below for help.
