Lady replaced water filter and the replace filter comes on. Is there a filter reset on this model. And the lady has no idea where the use and care book is. Thanks.

Hello
On this modele press and hold the Water Filter button on the Ice & Water Dispenser control panel for three seconds. When the display changes from “Red” to “Green,” the status has been reset. Matt Ace technician
