WATER CONTROLS AND EVAPERATOR FAN IS NOT WORKING

I have no flashing code and no 115 volts to the evaporator fan motor. The temp control board only displays the temperature

Here is a couple of questions I have for you .
1) Is there an error code flashing from your board ? If so what is it ?
2) Did you unplug the refrigerator for 5- minutes to try to rest the main control board ?
3) Did you check to see if you had 115 volts at the evaporator fan motor ?
4) If you have addressed all of these issues and there is no flashing code and you have no power at the evaporator motor. I would replace 241739710 The board-control,temp Control . See parts link http://lookup.appliancevideo.com/lookup/102195/626032
