Washer won’t start, the lights lit on interface board. You push start it jus gives a double beep, each and every time you it start. No movement and all.
I tried putting the unit into diagnostics it won’t do that either. All power is comin into the machine. Like I said no lights on the interface at all. All plugs are tight to the copter board. Nothung is loose. The customer said it came up with a error code once of F71 she unplug the unit then plug it back in and said all the machine does is beep every time you it the start button. Since she plug back in there were no lights on the interface board when I arrived. Just beeps. What board would I chaneed out?

Hello, per the tech sheet if the drum is not moving you need to replace the central control board for this issue and error code
