The washer does fine till near the end of the spin cycle at around 5 minutes then he jumps back up to 9 minutes and repeats this cycle over and over. I have confirmed that the washer is level, completed recalibration and have ensured proper drain hose installation as well as clean the pump trap.
I am thinking the water level pressure switch must be the issue making the control board think that the washer isn’t pumping out completely.

Hi. I have attached the service manual on this unit for you. Do you get any error codes? I do not see a way of entering any type of diagnostic mode on this uni to do any test cycle or retrieve any error codes. Without an error code present in may make things difficult to diagnose. Usually when I see washer do what you are describing, they are trying to rebalance an off balance load. Try the spin cycle with an empty machine and see if it does the same thing. Check your shocks and for a loose basket which could indicate bad bearings.

There are no error codes, the shocks had no apparent issues however I replaced them and the problem still persists.

Also, it will complete the cycle with no cloths but not when loaded.

Sounds like off balance loads if the unit is fine with no clothes. If loads are very large or too small this will happen. If the loads are not the issue, then you could have a bad basket or tub bearings.
