What would cause this Oasis to shake violently during the spin cycle? It shakes so much, that it hits the sides of the outer casing. And the board reads Ul.
I opened up the back panel, and inspected it. The only thing holding the drum and basket up are 4 rods with springs attached. I didn’t see anything out of place. Does this have a counter balance weight? If so, where? I checked this model out on the Internet. The only thing that I could find that would possibly cause this are the tub and basket replacement. There were over 2000 of these replaced last year alone.
What do the experts think?

Originally to replace the bearing you had to replace the whole outer tub which has the bearing in the tub. They have since came out with a bearing kit that you can replace using a special bearing tool so you do not have to replace the whole tub. p # W10435302- bearing kit. p# W10447783- bearing tool. They will not show this on the parts diagrams but if you look up the tub part number it will cross over on some sites to the bearing kit.

Thank you for your question. There is no counter balance weight on this model. The dampening rods may be compromised as result of issue however most likely cause is due to tub bearing and there is a replacement kit which requires special tools.I have uploaded a link of repair video. good luck

Thank you. But, I am confused. I opened the link and watched the video. When I checked out other websites for parts pricing, etc, the diagrams on this washer didn’t show the same tub bearing on your video. They showed plastic hubs. Please advise. I don’t want to give my customer wrong information and a quote on the job. I am confused. Bob
