Washer not draining completely

The error codes will blink 2 sets of lights. Was this blinking at you? I do not think you were in the error code section. That does not even look like a partial error code. Once you do the dial turn sequence and all the lights are flashing, turn the dial once to the right(clockwise). Only the done light should be lit up. Now press start. This is the error code section. All the lights should be flashing again. Turn the dial once to the right and it will now show your first error code. It will blink 2 different sets of lights for the error code. Hi. Sounds like you are getting an error code. Error codes are present when unit stops in the cycle and lights are flashing. You will need to put the unit into the diagnostic mode and check the error codes. I have attached a video to show you how to do this. Once in the diagnostic mode turn the dial until just the done light is lit up. This should be just one turn of the dial. Press start and now you can turn the dial to see all the stored error codes. The first error code is the most recent error code. Let me know what your error code is and we can go from there. Typically I find a bad capacitor when it has this symptom of hums right away at the beginning of the cycle and the drum does not move and then shuts down right away. Make sure the harness is connected to the capacitor, which is on the bottom of the unit. Check the capacitor for any melted plastic or bubbles. They usually will be visually defective.
