GOOD MORNING. I WAS TOLD THAT THE WASHER WILL WORK FINE, BUT HAS TO BE MOVED TO THE NEXT CYCLE BY TURNING THE CONTROL KNOB BY HAND. I WOULD ASSUME IT IS A BAD TIMER, BUT STILL WANTED TO CHECK WITH YOU GUYS. THANKS, TODD FROM NY.

Hi. Yes, if this is a mechanical timer and not a control board, it sounds like you have a bad timer. The timer motor is not working and therefore not advancing for you. Just make sure everything else is working properly and that no other issues are causing the timer to not advance.
