Hello
Are you getting any error codes? I have supplied a link below to the diagnostics. Run thew unit through the diagnostic mode to see if there any errors. You may have a tub bearing issue, see part for bearing kit # W10435302 . I also have supplied you with a link on how to replace the bearing kit. Matt Ace technician
