When in spin mode machine goes severely unbalanced?

What have you tried so far?
New rods were installed and still goes unbalanced. What else could cause this problem?
The pump pumping all the wate out of the machine. Funny thing all the clothes will be to one side of the tub. If you realign the clothes it will spin and finish fine. This happens when you let the machine go through the cycle and will off balance each time. What is the problem?
