Before recommending replacing any parts have you tried unplugging the appliance from the power supply for a few minutes? Can you still use the bake/ broil functions? Do the cook-top burns heat up? Are there any errors on the display? I would try unpluggging the range first to see if that takes care of the issues. Also usually there is a tech sheet on the back of the unit that will have a table of the symptoms and possible causes try looking for that and unplugging the power and let me know what happens.
