oven only seems to turn on by itself every couple months and the thermostat would be off while running the only way to get it to shut off is by turning off the gas and Unplugging it to stop the the clicking (electrode lighting oven). The thermostat is $160+ and the DSI spark module for the oven is $160+. When I was there it seems to be working fine but the customer says that it does it every couple months where they would come home and find it clicking and running really hot. What do you guys suggest I replace? I’m clueless here.

See the link below to your Viking range fault codes . I would wait to catch it in the act before replaceing any parts. Also ask the custumer to look for fault cades when this happens again. it sounds like the DSI spark module is failing. Matt Ace technician
