Homeowner states the machine has a real bad vibration. I didn’t hear or see anything without clothes in it. They now have called back and said still “vibrating” Any suggestions or ideas you can give me on this machine.

Hi. If you go back out to look at this unit I would have the customer load the unit to where you can see this vibration happen while you are there. There is not anything in particular that I am aware of that could cause this. There are a lot of possibilities. Check to see if the shocks are worn, if the unit is spinning properly, and if there are overloading the unit or running off balance loads.
