Unit dead, no display.
Found vent thermostat (diagram part 115) scorched with riveted terminals sloppy loose. Connecting wire and stake on terminal cooked.
Jumpered terminals and microwave worked fine.
Ordered part three times but it keeps arriving N.O. Instead of N.C.
What could I be missing or where can I get the proper N.C. Thermostat (150degrees) I believe?

Hello
If your thermostat had loose connections it will have a (voltage arch) and burn the terminals due to overheating. We have see this happen many times. I have provided you a link with complete diagnostics and wiring diagram. If you ordered the thermostat by the model number of the Microwave it should be the correct thermostat. Are you ordering the Hood T.C.O. ? If so that is a normally open thermostat . That also is in series with the door switch that is normally open. Look at page #30 for wiring diagram specifics in the link below. Matt Ace technician

Please send the correct tech service guide. I have the 1850 not the 1750 and there are some differences. For instance, different PCB one additional TCO.
