I am the 3rd repair company to try to fix the issue of a dead user interface on the GE front load washer. The second company changed the user interface and the display was still dead. Why is the user interface dead?
I test power into the RF 120 V. power from the RF to PCB is 135 V. Is that normal? The user interface has only 1 cable with 7 wires. I tested all wires for continuity from end to end, all good. 3 wires went to a cat-5 connector at back of washer, 4 wires went to main PCB, 1-12v DC, 1-7.5v DC, 1ground, the last wire had no active reading. With no reading on the last wire from the main PCB mean that the PCB is bad? Any help will be useful. Thanks Ricky

Hi. If you have proper power to the main control board that sends power to the user interface and a new user interface did not fix the issue then you must have a bad control board. I am unable to locate any Tech sheet or information on this unit.
