I have a Kitchen Aid Superba double oven. The upper oven is lighted with the probe icon. i can not get the oven to heat or to shut the icon off. i have tried inserting the probe and removing it to no avail. the lower oven seems to working properly ,. Can you please advise.

if you provide me your model number i can provide you with the information you seek but generically speeking you could have had food splatter into probe connection causing the computor to see a shorted probedc
