My fridge evap. Is not defrost is full of ice this is my first time working on this unit I assume this is controlled by a thermostat. Any other devices or thermostat? I see a aluminum evap with wires inside? Help please

See the technician diagnostic manual link below. Go to troubleshooting on page #62. It will walk you through the diagnostics step by step. It sounds like a possible defrost issue. Matt Ace technician
