The unit is not cooling but freezer is cold but temp is at -12 and the fridge is at 52, what could be the issue causing this?
I checked the boards and fans no issue found looked at compressor no leaks and compressor is work with no issues, looking to change thermistor , but want to make sure what is causing the issue? Damper door has been replaced as I found unit was block with ice and door damper motor went out. I also cleaned the coils on the unit.

Hi. Check what the actual temperature is in the refrigerator. Is it truely 52 or is it reading correct temps? Check your air flow. coming into the ff section. IF your compressor and fans are running, the freezer is correct temp, then you must not be getting air flow to the refrigerator. Check for frost build up on the evaporator which would indicate a defrost issue. Or frost build up in the air passages. Make sure the door seals are good and the light bulb shuts off when the door closes. Attached is the job aid and tech sheet for this unit.

found frost on the top of the panel on the wires to evaporate fan in the freezer Checked damper no ice as it was replaced 2 weeks ago, unit fridge section still going up and down with the temp. My final guess will be control board?

Is the freezer working properly? Is the temperature in the freezer good? If the freezer is good and you’re having temperature issues in the refrigerator section I would be suspecting an air flow issue. If air flow is good you could have a faulty sensor or control. You said you had ice buildup on some wires. Was this blocking airflow?
