Customer complaint is that it’s been throwing unbalanced errors. They will go on to readjust load but that does not help. All they can do at the point is drain the water.

See the technician diagnostic link below . It has all of the diagnostic tests and error codes with descriptions. I am not sure what code you are getting. The most common issues for unbalanced load is 1) Customer overload . 2) Shocks going bad . Matt Ace technician

Hello
Can you please double check your model number. It is incorrect. Also please add in the manufacturer , just put in the first two letters of the manufacture ( WH ) Whirlpool and it will auto populate. Matt Ace technician
