Oil has lit all over the motor and drive pulley. Oils is on the belt and shifter causing issues with spinning. What parts should I look at replacing to fix this issue. what is causing this issue and how would I go about doing his repair.

Hi. I have been told that these transmissions were overfilled with oil and the extra could leak out. I would replaced the belt and clean up every thing else. If the oil has damaged anything else replace those parts. On all other washers if oil leaks the transmission would need replaced. If this unit is loud in spin or having transmission issues then replace the transmission. I Can’t tell you that the next one won’t leak as well though. I have attached a repair video for the transmission. It was the only one I could locate at this time.
