Unit powers on without issue. I had set the timer on the touchpad (for testing purposes) by pressing 1 0 0 0 ( for ten minutes ) and then hit “start”. After I hit the START button on the touchpad, the timer was counting down without issue but the microwave was not on or activated. I could not hear the motor or the fan or magnetron or anything.
Could there be a bad switch on the board inside ?

Hi. I have seen this a few times before. I have always found a bad switch with this issue. However the control board could be at fault also. A door switch is more likely. I would check the switches first.

there seem to be three door switches on this model. The package comes with two 15A switches. Which two would you suggest that I replace ? the top and bottom or one of the top or bottom and the middle ?

It’s hard to say which of the three switches is faulty. More than likely you’re only going to have one bad switch. I would test each one with your multimeter to find out which one is bad.
