We have a Jennair downdraft. Parts of the touch pad are not working (convection, self clean, clock, set up, vent fan) Bake, broil, etc work fine. We have a service contract with Sears but they are refusing to repair because the sticker on inside of oven door has faded. We are trying to found out if this is something simple we can repair ourselves. We found some info that says it is the long oven sensor but are not sure.

Hello
Go to page #5 on technician sheet and run the unit through diagnostics. Let us know if their is any error codes stored. I would call Sears and request a manager, if you have a contract it should be covered. Matt Ace technician

I did what you said. Now my control panel is locked. Cannot use the ATM buttons. Now my entire oven is locked. How do I undo. “Setup” does not work as mentioned before.

Never mind, I threw the breaker. It came back on.

Good call on the breaker, let us know on any error codes so I can pinpoint the issue.
