This washer won't spin or drain, doesn't seem to cycle correctly when it does work and hesitates for a long time sometimes before actually going to next setting. Would it just be as simple as my timer or knob being broken maybe?

Tegan, unfortunately the timer does not normally cause this. We typically find the main culprit in cycling issues is the lid switch.
