Hi. I do not see a compressor relay either for this unit. It does not appear that this compressor is and variable speed compressor so it should require 120 volts to run it. Check your voltage going into you control board. Make sure you get 120 volts to the board. IF so then check that the control board is sending out 120 volts to the compressor. Your loosing voltage somewhere. With the boards being replaced already, you could have a wiring issues or do not have proper power coming into to board or at the outlet. You will need to find out where you dropping voltage at. Let me know if you need further assistance.

Yeah, i chck power coming into the control board (120v) and going out to the other control board 120 v too, how about the temperature sensor that is on the freezer?, do you think it has something to do with the compressor not running, ?the problem is that i dont have the wiring schematic
  • I am not able to find a tech sheet on this unit. It could be a faulty sensor that is telling the main board the temp is satisfied. I have not encountered this and it still should not have only 24 volts to the compressor. Try turning the unit off. (cooling off), but with it still plugged in. Then check your voltage to the compressor. Is it 0 now? or still 24 volts? If 0, then that tells us that it was trying to send power to the compressor to run when it was on ,and we have a voltage issue, or wiring/connection issue.
