Hi,
I have a 20 year old Subzero 590 refrigerator. I have replaced the evaporator already about 5 years ago.
I find the temperature of the cooler size is not controlled properly, either too cold or too warm, and I have to set it to 8 to get above 37c, and I suspect the frig thermostat is not working properly.
I would like to find out in order to replace it, I have to remove the back panel to get the parts. Just wondering how I can remove the thermostat controller. Do I remove the side panel after the back panel is removed ? Appreciate if you an point me to, may be, your video library if it exists or other links.
I would like to get the parts from you if available. Thanks.

James, I have posted a video link below so yo can see how the cover comes off for the thermostat. On a cooling issue like you have currently I would start with having someone check the refrigerant charge. A low charge or bad thermostat would cause this same symptom. Also I sent you a link for parts and a breakdown of your appliance below. Call 1-800-830-5465 to our parts department with any questions. Thanks Matt Ace technician
