There is no water fill at all (No Cold and Hot) and there is no error code as well.

Model Number
WF340ANG/XAC 03
What have you tried so far?

So Far What I have Checked:
1. There is no kink on the water supply pipe,
2. Water in line pressure is good.
3. Drain outlet is connected at a correct height and not dipped in water.
4. New Control tried and didn’t worked.
5. Timer control seems ok, no overheated signs.
6. Water level sensor is connected right at both top and bottom ends.
Hose connected to it is clear, no debris.
Water-level sensor continuity at terminal 1 and 3 is ok.
Terminal pairs 1-2 and 3-2 are open as they must be.
There is right voltage between orange and violet terminals.
???I don’t know how to perform the frequency test???
7. The resistance across water inlet terminals is ok-1000ohm
But***Voltage across water inlet terminals very low*******.
???What will be issue for low voltage Voltage across water inlet terminals, ???
Please advise.

Hi. Have you ran a test cycle? Is the washer working normally other than not letting any water in? Does it agitate, drain and spin? Door lock working? Also, try a different cycle if you have not done so already to see if you get water on some of the other cycles. I could not find this exact model. I found a similar one that said the inlet valves should have 1200- 12050 ohms, but I would think your are okay at 1,000 ohms. If you’re not getting proper power to your valves and you already replaced the control, you could have a shorted valve or broken / shorted wire. Test your valves to ground for continuity. Make sure to test for voltage while in test mode so you know when there should be voltage at each valve. I attached a tech sheet for a similar unit.

  • The quick test mode is in the tech sheet I attached for you. Hopefully this model works the same as yours. Here are the steps for the quick test cycle, where you can test the water valves. Quick Test Mode:Note: This test erases all faults and memory:To enter press Soil, Signal, & Power simultaneously with the power off. 1. All LED’s light up and the washer beeps as it enters the Quick Test Mode. 2. The unit displays the software version. 3. After the displaying the software version, turn Jog dial CCW until version disappears. Press Spin to test Door Lock/Unlock circuit.Press Temp Key (with door locked) to cycle through the Water Valves circuit test in this order: Pre, Bleach, Cold Main, Hot, Steam then off. Press Soil Key to test the Heater Press Signal Key to test the Pump IF your valves are working on some cycles and not others, and you replaced the control and it did the same thing, maybe the issue is in the User interface. We know that the valves work and let water in on some cycles, and that the board was not the issue. It would be helpful if the unit would give us an error code to work from.

Hello Brian. Thanks for your response. I followed your instructions(Very Easy to Follow) and completed the test cycle. Here is the outcome of the test: 1.I cycled through Water Valve Circuit by pressing “TEMP” key and all water valves worked and directed the water to PREWASH/BLEACH/MAIN(C) and MAIN(H) hoses through their respective selection positions. It seems like there is no issue with WATER INLET VALVES. 2. I have run the FAULT CODE TEST also per TECH SHEET provided bu you. I noted everything came on the display screen and these numbers are as follow at different JOG DIAL location: 03, 22, 08, d. Are these some sort of error codes. Plaese describe and advise me what to do next.
  • Hi. These do not appear to be any error codes. I do recall seeing something similar in the diagnostic mode on these washers. It may be displaying the software codes. IT sounds like you entered the fault code mode correctly. There may not be any error codes. Have you tried the normal cycle again? Does it fill with water now? Try unplugging to reset as well. If it still has trouble the only thing left I can think of would be the User interface. Not common, but possible.

Hello Brian, It is working fine now. I would like to thank you for your exemplary support. Little bit off the topic, Do you guys offer hands on training for home appliances repair? Please advise.
  • No we do not offer hands on training. The place for hands on training is Freds appliance university
