THIS A DUAL EVAP COIL UNIT. I UNPLUGGED THE UNIT AFTER 8 SECONDS TO PUT REVERSING VALVE IN THE “HOME” POSITION. I WEIGHED IN THE REFRIGERANT. PRESSURES ARE 20 LBS SUCTION AND 125 ON THE HIGH SIDE, WITH NO COOLING.
I DON’T HAVE ANY PAPEWORK ON THIS UNIT, SO I’M NOT SURE THAT THIS WAS THE CORRECT PROCEDURE RE; THE REVERSING VALVE.
INSTALLED SERVICE VALVES AND CHCKED PRESSURES. I’M AT A LOSS AS TO WHAT TO DO NEXT

If you are running 20lbs. Suction pressure and you weighed in the refrigerant on a R134 system, you will have A 45.5 Degree evaporator coil temperature. That is why it is not cooling. If the unit is properly charged and you are running a 20lbs. suction pressure that is telling me you have a suction valve leaking through and a defective compressor that needs to be replaced. The normal R134 suction pressure should be at 0-2lbs. That will give you A -5 to +5 degree coil temperature. See link to compressor videos.
