why the refrigerator doesn’t cooling in both side. freezer and fresh food side.

What have you tried so far?
the compressor is running, it has the correct amp it doesn’t has leak the sytem, I already replace valve assembly pipe part# AJU34510512 didn’t make a different. still doen’t cooling. do you think is could be with the main board.

Go to the service manual link below and go to page #23 for troubleshooting & diagnostics. There are many possibilities for your refrigerator not cooling. The Reversing Valve AJU34510512 you installed monitors the refrigerant flow to both evaporators only. Matt Ace technician

if you unplug the fridge wait a few minutes and plug it in you should here the valve adjust and a few seconds after it adjust the first time you’ll here it adjust again. If it does adjust your valve and control board is ok. It’s responding. You’ll want to pressurize and confirm no leak and pull a vacuum & charge the system .5 -1 ounces above recommended on the data tag. Pay close attention to your gauges and keep your suction at 5-10 psi.
