I DON’T HAVE ANY TECH SHEETS ON THIS UNIT, SO I COULD USE WHAT EVER YOU CAN DIG UP. THE CONDENSATE FAN IS WORKING AND THE UNIT IS COOLING WITH AN EVEN FROST PATTERN ON THE EVAP COIL. I DON’T KNOW WHERE TO START TRYING TO FIND THE FEED TO THE FAN.
I TESTED THE PINS, AT THE MOLEX CONNECTOR, THEY HAVE NO VOLTAGE. I COULDN’T FIND ANY INDICATION, ON THE FAN MOTOR, OF WHAT I SHOULD HAVE FOR VOLTAGE THERE EITHER.

If you are certain that there is not 115 volts at the evaporator fan motor then it most likelywill be a bad control board. On this model the power for the evaporator fan motor originates 6871JB1185A control board. This is a very common issue. Matt Ace technician
