This dishwasher is about 5 years old. It is not heating or drying the dishes but runs the cycle as normal. The next thing my tech thinks is there is a wire harness with a thermistor on it that my tech thinks could be the issue. We wanted to get some advice before we try this route.

Go to page #64 in the manual link below. This will walk you through the (Dry cycle diagnostics) . There is also the Service sheet diagnostics to enter into the diagnostic mode.
