TE ERRRCODE thermistor and main board have been replaced and still same problem, any feedback?

Hello
The TE error code is a washer temperature sensor fault code.
1) Check the connections for the washing heater temperature sensor connector.
2) If the sensor still errors out after proper connections are established , replace the sensor.

The sensor was replaced twice along with the m. Board any other suggestions because I feel bad for this customer.
